I knew I should have put some gold in the betting pool before I told Julius about Fowl making in contact. I believe the Commander is now in the care of some medical warlocks.
He's refusing to believe that it's the real Fowl and that it's just a pixie in Haven trying to make trouble. He's not a technical person, is our Julius, but these Mudmen still use wires to communicate information. Thus, I can trace any email (or LiveJournal comment) to its exact origin.
In this case, Fowl Manor.
I've said it once, and I'll say it again: D'Arvit.
